The last three of the Wednesday run progessed down from a 7:05 to 6:55 to 6:50. Then Thursday morning I did 6 plus another 6 that evening with a running group. Some of his went for tacos and burritos after. I took Friday off,

Saturday I did one of my favorite 11 mile lollipop loops that goes into the country. I scared one cow enough he went running away from the fence to safety. Others just watched me go by. I tried to increase the pace a bit every couple of miles,

Later that morning I took the kids to the Summer Reading Challenge Kickoff at the library. They had an animal show with some bugs,

They also had some booths with some local companies trying to drum up some business. I talked to a guy who runs a fitness franchise. He had one of those hand-held body fat percentage deals. He put in my height and weight and I held it for a couple of seconds. It came back with 11.9%. I know those things are that accurate,

Sunday I met up with the local running bunch again for 13 miles. It was quite the hilly route,
