  • My name is actually not Kublug, but Balazs Csibi. I am from Hungary, Békéscsaba.
    I had some very sad stories in my family. Like my grandmother selling our family house. Whole family apart from each other. And of course

    money problems. Many of us Hungarians have the same problems.

    For the last 2 years I have been planning to make a aquaponic system, which is: a food production system that combines conventional aquaculture, (raising aquatic animals such as snails, fish, crayfish orprawns in tanks), with hydroponics (cultivating plants in water) in a symbiotic environment.     Hungary is having pretty big problems now economically, most turists only see the bright side of Hungary in the main cities. But there is a pretty grey side of my home land, and that is around small towns even next to bigger cities like Debrecen.

    The problem here is that people have little chance of finding jobs, and many of them want to go to Western Countries, they are selling their land that was once finded by their ancestors with hard work.

    There is a very inspirational video on youtube about a guy who is busy with aquaponics in the U.S. And this is exactly what I am planning to do in Debrecen area.
