Space Mission is one of those Monopoly GO events where you open the app "for five minutes" and somehow burn through half your dice. It runs from June 15 to June 18, 2026, so there isn't much room for lazy rolling. The full track has 62 milestones, with 20,010 dice rolls and 3,780 Partner Event tokens sitting in the reward path, plus sticker packs that make Monopoly Go Stickers feel even more worth chasing during the grind.
How Space Mission Actually Scores
The basic idea is simple, but the board can still mess with you. Space Mission rewards points when you land on the event pickup tiles, and each hit gives 2 points before your dice multiplier kicks in. So, yeah, a x50 roll can feel amazing when it lands clean. Miss by one tile, though, and it feels like the game is laughing at you.
The catch is that pickups don't just sit there forever. After you land on one, the icons move, and your "perfect" route suddenly isn't perfect anymore. That's why smart players don't just keep the multiplier high all the time. They slow down, check the board, then push harder when a pickup is sitting 6, 7, or 8 spaces away.
The Usual Player Pattern
The Meta: Stack dice near clustered pickup tiles.
The Snag: One bad roll wastes a chunky multiplier.
The Fix: Drop multiplier until the board looks friendly.
Let's be real here: most dice disappear because players roll angry after missing one clean landing.
Best Tiles To Watch During The Event
Space Mission is mostly about pickups, but tile zones still matter. The GO corner area is popular because good spaces bunch together there. You often get Chance, Tax, Utility, and Railroad pressure in the same lap, which means one stretch of board can feed more than one event.
Don't force every roll around Railroads, though. They're useful, not the main job. If the pickup is far away and the Railroad is baiting you, go small. Save the big roll for a cleaner setup.
What Players Keep Asking
A lot of players are wondering if finishing all 62 milestones is realistic without spending hard.
It's possible, but not casual. You need strong dice reserves, good multiplier timing, and no panic rolling after misses.
How I'd Play The Last Stretch
The final milestones get expensive fast, especially once the point requirements jump into the thousands. I'd treat the early tiers as easy value, then get picky after the big dice rewards start showing up. Use low rolls when pickups are awkward. Push when two or three good targets sit in a tight lane. If you're also trying to finish albums, it can make sense to Buy cheap Monopoly Go stickers while saving dice for the better board setups, because wasting rolls at the wrong time is what kills this event. |
