Mint Anakin Skywalker a III. Epizód előzetesében, George Lucas úgy masírozhatott be az idei ShoWest helyszínére. A Star Wars szülőatyját az 501-es légió Las Vegas-i különítménye kísérte a rendezvény során, akik a csapat tiszteletbeli tagjává is fogadták a rendezőt.
