Adobe house renovation – Underground foundation ...

Unfortunately, the base of the workshop cannot start from the depth of 1m due to the cellar.

Soil load calculated pessimistically (assuming poor soil)

it turned out that a 40cm wide base would be too little to start from the basement.

Quite simply, a 3m high wall would be too heavy.

So another method was invented.

The base starts from the cellar and is 1 meter wide, well-lined in 2 layers, top and bottom.

I made a slide out of the concrete from the decayed boards that had been removed from the roof.

We don't bucket down if you don't have to.

Grid from below and above, then measure the position of the vertical reinforcements and
place them in fresh concrete.

They were filled with shutters, constantly filled with concrete.

The top of the arch had to be drilled to fill the remaining concrete from there and

the reinforcement of the reinforcements should also be resolved.

To make concrete, I made a funny special tool:

mortar bucket heated with a hot air blower and then pierced through a glass bottle.

This is how he became an oversized funnel. An PVC pipe of 110mm was applied to it :).

Such a babi-aunt :). The concrete was covered with a shovel and shaking ...

Finally it was filled with concrete. Had to deal with it properly.

Compressed to color. Below, the gap was wedged with bricks, which is not visible here.

The Brutal Fund is under construction.

Another formwork because it had to be leveled. Here, he also received a few strands of reinforcing steel.

(2 rows of shingles were built everywhere).

Here you can see the ironing. It was the thickest of the fire. Have you ever looked at me
stupidly, why should I be so thick? Rather be stronger. 16mm was unfortunately not :).

The corners also have reinforced reinforcements bent in every second row.

Here they just cross each other.

The formwork is made up of plastic heating pipes and threaded threads.

The wood formwork was short, I applied it with mortar :).

The planks have been wrapped with household foil because they will be needed elsewhere.

Because they were set up with laser levels, I just had to pull the trowel :).

Here you can see the foil on the board you picked. (Meanwhile, about 2 days passed).

Formulated the whole thing. The accuracy is +/- 0.5 cm :)

Finally we got out of the cellar :). I can not believe. This stunt circus shifted the rest of the work by 2-3 months :(.
