Adobe house renovation – Rear room masonry
Since the foundation had passed enough time, the wall may have begun to be laid.
The first row is always problematic, because mm-accurate bricks require mm-accurate first row.
This is achieved by laser leveling with fresh mortar bricks and spirit level.
Meanwhile,
new windows have arrived. Better than it was :).
The
tar paper is waiting for the wall ...
The
first two rows had to be filled with mortar because the first one
failed to achieve the required accuracy.
At
the top, the mortar layer was smoothed with a 2.5m spirit level,
making it quite accurate.
It's
forming...
The
bridges solidified. It was time to remold them.
At
the top of the wall, Ytong bricks were set to the correct level
according to the window.
The
part above the bridge must still be smeared with mortar and the
larger gaps and bricks laid.
Unfortunately,
a gap (15cm) was formed near the wall.
The
polystyrene has been picked. The gap is filled with Ytong.
The
window is already in place. In particular, the bags contain empty
cemented bags.
It wouldn't be good if it was scattered by the wind.
Some peasant is constantly throwing these green Jagdbitter bottles.
I wouldn't detail where it would be put on him if I caught him ...
Surely his smile will not be honest :).
