The History of the Museum

Now the museum is situeted are three buildings close to each other in one corner of the City Park. The first is a museum for Dr. Frigyes Koranyi (1828-1913), who was born in Nagykallo.  His house has been a museum since 1971, when the first permanent exhibition was opened The main building was renovated in 2005, it is collect the objects of local history. This house was born Istvan Szilagyi who was a teacher-linguist. In 2005, widow of Imre Amos donated the museum 52 pictures and waterpaintings, which has been made by our husband.
